Natalie Gilbert grew up in Las Vegas and is currently a rising senior at Georgetown University studying Government and Justice & Peace. Natalie previously served as a legal intern at both the Law Office of Nguyen & Associates and the Clark County District Attorney’s Office. She also interned with U.S. Senator Jacky Rosen, the Urban Institute, and Chapin Hall at the University of Chicago. After graduation, Natalie plans to pursue a career in law and politics, with the goal of becoming a criminal appellate attorney. Natalie was drawn to Negotiation Works because she is passionate about criminal justice reform and advocacy. As part of the summer intern team, Natalie is looking forward to conducting data analysis and interviewing current and former participants while also having a positive impact on the Washington, DC community.
