Volunteer Negotiation Instructor
As a negotiation instructor with Negotiation Works, you will have an opportunity to gain insight into the legal, economic, and societal barriers that marginalized individuals face on a daily basis while, at the same time, provide class participants with strategies they can use to navigate these barriers and build stronger, more stable lives. Instructors receive training in negotiation theory and teaching pedagogy and will gain hands-on experience in conflict resolution, negotiation, and classroom teaching.
We welcome instructors who have backgrounds in teaching, dispute resolution, social work, psychology, law, criminal justice, or related fields and who are passionate about the communities where we work.

Volunteer College Intern
Negotiation Works provides opportunities for academic-year and summer internships for college students.
College interns have the opportunity to observe negotiation programs that are taught at local service providers.
Duties of college interns include some of the following:
managing curricular materials
assisting with communications and website maintenance
managing social media
assisting with data collection and recording, including conducting interviews for our long-term evaluation process
conducting research to support development and evaluation activities

Volunteer Data Analyst
Negotiation Works volunteer data analysts work as part of a team to manage the evaluation and data analytics aspects of our work. The results of the data analysis are critical in helping us determine how our programs are supporting the communities we serve and how we might further enhance our services.
Duties of volunteer data analysts include some of the following:
managing and tracking our data, both quantitative and qualitative
conducting various statistical analyses of the data
creating written and visual displays of the analyzed data
