Damon Donelson-Bey grew up in Northeast D.C. He attended public school through the tenth grade and then received his GED in 1999 while he was incarcerated. He was a fellow in the Georgetown Pivot Program, where he took the Negotiation Works class, and he completed an internship with Project Community Capital. Damon became a Negotiation Works Ambassador because he wanted to develop more effective communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills. Damon appreciates his role as a Negotiation Works Ambassador because he likes learning the art of negotiation and sharing his skills with others.
